Hello! Welcome to my page — I'm JSIN, although I also go by Justin, Jae, or June, so feel free to call me any of them. I'm an 18y/o upcoming photographer working across fashion, cosplay, cinematic portraits alongside events and volleyball. I began with using a Canon 1300D which is what my beginner folio is from and now currently have a Sony Alpha 7 V. I'm passionate about creating images that feel intentional, expressive, and meaningful while continuing to explore different styles and ways of telling stories through photography.
My passion for the media industry began when I started seeing videos and photos that showed me just how powerful visual storytelling could be. What started as an interest quickly became one of my biggest passions. Since then, I've spent much of my time learning different aspects of media, experimenting with creative tools, and developing my own approach to photography and content creation.
Photography became especially important to me because I see it as a form of art that can be interpreted in countless ways. To me, photography is about capturing a moment exactly as it feels — whether that's through emotion, atmosphere, movement, composition, lighting, colour, or the small details that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Photography has also changed the way I see everyday life. It has taught me to pay more attention to the little things, appreciate moments as they happen, and look at familiar environments from different perspectives.
What I love most about photography is its creativity, freedom, flexibility, and variety it offers. A small change in composition, lighting, colour, perspective, or timing can completely transform the mood and meaning of an image. That's what keeps me experimenting and pushing myself to create something new.
I'm excited to see where photography takes me and to continue creating work that makes people feel something, see something differently, or remember a moment.
