BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
- I reserve the right to decline any booking at my discretion.
- I will confirm bookings between 12 - 48 hours of the request.
PAYMENTS
- Payment must be delivered either on the day of the shoot or prior; if payment cannot be made, photos will be held until the full amount is transferred. Deposits of 50% are accepted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide notice as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation or changes within 3 hours of the shoot without reasonable cause will result in no refund.
- Rescheduling is subject to my availability.
- Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
IMAGE & EDITING
- No body modifications and skin retouching.
- RAW files are not provided unless specifically agreed upon.
Delivery
- Estimated delivery timeframes should be used as a general guide only. Final delivery may occur earlier or later than the timeframe provided.
Cosplays: 1-2 weeks
Environmental: 5-10 days
Fashion/Streetwear: 1-2 weeks
Local/State Volleyball: 5-7 days
Underground Events/Concerts: 3-7 days
COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
- Credit must be given.
- Do not alter the photos in any way.
- Agree to use for folio or publication unless requested.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
- Arriving on time
- Preparing outfits and props used unless stated otherwise.
- Obtaining required permissions for locations.
